The 2019-vintage Domaine Bohn Shieferberg Zero is a blend of Pinot Gris and Riesling grapes grown at a high altitude, sheltered by the Ungersberg mountain. The palate offers notes of Morello cherry, cacao, quince and a clean minerality that pairs well with chicken dishes or Thai curries.
