The 2017-vintage Oiry Blanc de Blancs Champagne from Aurelien Suenen has been partially fermented in oak barrels and spent nine months of the lees. It offers notes of rainwater, chalk, white peaches and lively citrus throughout the palate that pair well with chicken or seafood dishes.
