A limited-edition 2013-vintage Champagne from Bollinger, B13 is a Blanc de Noirs made with ethically-farmed grapes from vineyards on the Montagne de Reims. Aromas of yellow plums, apples and lemon fill the nose, complemented by notes of Tarte Tatin and fresh almonds on the palate.
