An exuberant single cask Fins Bois Cognac from Vallein-Tercinier, Lot 96 was matured in French oak until it was bottled in 2021. Aromas of violets, jasmine, exotic fruit, vanilla sponge cake and candied apricots fill the nose, complemented by notes of Parma Violets, spicy pepper, liquorice and lemon throughout the palate.
