A 1990-vintage Cognac from Vallein-Tercinier, made with grapes from the Bons Bois region and matured in French oak for 31 years before being bottled in 2021. Aromas of honey, liquorice, praline and Sichuan berries fill the nose, complemented by notes of candied apricot, jasmine, vanilla, roasted hazelnuts and fiery pepper throughout the palate.
