These grapes come from the Goulburn Valley north of the Yarra Valley. They are fermented on the skins for 2 weeks and go through carbonic maceration giving them a candied banana bright fruit character. They use organic grapes and ferment naturally. On the nose there is initially an earthy note that opens up to reveal a load of strawberry, raspberry and cherry cola. The palate is definitely jumping with lots of crunchy red fruits and a touch of raspberry whips.
