A single barrel Cognac from Cognac Park, made exclusively with grapes from Cognac's Borderies region in a French oak cask that was kept in the house's Chai No.8 (cellar no.8). The palate offers notes of almonds, honey, figs, nutmeg, vanilla and gingerbread that linger in the finish.
