Whiskey perfection. JW once again showing that it can create a unique and hard to find elsewhere flavour character that lets you know you’re drinking something special. This is a scotch to be shared. This is the scotch you’ll give to the scotch doubter to show them what scotch can be. Sweet, fruity, but not overly so. Just enough spice to be warming but not enough to be off putting. A delicate balance, but one exceptionally maintained. Of all the JW private blends, 2015 stands at the top.

Well I’m a fan of JW but thinking about it this is my favorite of all I’ve tasted - It’s an amazingly deep and fruity whiskey - better to me than the ‘Port Ellen’ Blue Label and not necessarily better than the other limited additions I have tasted or the King George V, but more to my taste...This is a blended Scotch which you will savor and cherish - trust me.

In a perfect world this would be there Blue Label offering. Easy to drink. Sweet but not too so. You can tell its something special. I had mine neat and always prefer all my whiskies that way so I definitely felt the extra alcohol. Maybe not quite worth the price, but if I could afford it I'd buy it.
