A 1989 Grand Champagne Cognac from Frapin, matured in Frapin's humid cellars, creating an unusual softness and roundness to the spirit. Aromas of clove-studded orange, candied lemon peel and baking spices fill the nose, complemented by notes of gingerbread, dried apricot and roasted apple throughout the palate.
