A 2011 Miltonduff single malt from The Cooper's Choice, matured in a single bourbon barrel for a decade, before being bottled in 2021. Aromas of warm buttery croissants, creamy vanilla, cinnamon baked apples and lemon zest fill the nose, complemented by notes of sweet malt, honeyed flapjacks, vanilla fudge, toasted oak, apricot and chai spice throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
