The 2012 Brut Nature Rose from Louis Roederer is made with a combination of 55% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Meunier grapes. The nose offers aromas of Sichuan peppers, violet, toast and mocha fill the nose, complemented by notes of wild raspberries, lively citrus, apples and bright tannins.
