An unaged Takamaka Seychelles rum from Habitation Velier that was made from locally-sourced sugar cane, creating aromas of candied orange and lemon, tobacco, fresh ginger and cream that fill the nose. The palate offers notes of star anise, cherries, lilac, bergamot and dried fruits that linger in the finish.
