Le Laurier d'Apollon 2011 Cognac from Fanny Fougerat is a flavoursome Cognac made with eaux-de-vie from the Petite Champagne region. Matured in a batch of just five barrels, it offers notes of ripe apples and pears, cedar wood, vanilla, plum, almond, clove, ginger, buttery biscuits and blackberry leaf throughout the palate.
