A 2006 Auchroisk single malt from independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail, matured in a refill bourbon barrel for 15 years before being bottled in July 2021 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of ripe apple, poached pear, tropical fruit, elderflower, lime zest and coca powder fill the nose, complemented by notes of white chocolate, pineapple, honey, mango, banana and white pepper throughout the palate.
