Grillo is a grape variety best known in the wines of Marsala but now a days it is being produced as dry crisp fresh white wines. On the nose soft stone fruits; pear, peach and golden delicious apple. This is a beautifully simple wine with good weight and depth. Pair this with roasted scallops or a light white fish dish.
