My wife bought me a bottle of this for Father’s Day. I’d never drank mezcal and had only drunk tequila very infrequently (I was raised in the UK and came of drinking age in the late 80s when tequila was seen as something to drink simply to get drunk). I was very impressed by Dos Hombres. The smoky flavor was quite remarkable in how pronounced it was (but not overpowering) even after the distilling process. The finish was good and would linger just enough. I drank it neat with sips of iced water in between.
