Made from some of the oldest vines in Australia's Yarra Valley, this is a complex white wine that rewards patience. Deep aromas of pear, quince, honeysuckle and spiced apple develop as the wine sits in the glass, white the palate displays a great depth and finesse, with layers and layers of flavour blossoming as time goes on. A rewarding wine with savoury notes that make it a wonderful companion for food.
