    You walk to the edge of the seaside cliff. You look out across the water; sunlight breaking intermittently through the clouds, glinting off the water. The waves are rolling and crashing, the ocean disappearing into a haze as your gaze draws to the horizon: You close your eyes. You feel the wind on your face, the salty sea air in your nostrils. You breathe in the essence of the ocean. The sea calls your name even as it moves your heart. There is almost no replacement for the indescribable creation that is Etsu Pacific Ocean Gin. Made with Pacific Ocean water it does indeed taste like standing on that seaside cliff (in the best way possible!!). I recommend either sipping this gin chilled and straight, or in a gin and tonic or gin and club soda where the gin can truly shine.

Made with Pacific Ocean water it does indeed taste like standing on that seaside cliff (in the best way possible!!). Etsu is definitely a contemporary gin; where other contemporary gins tend towards a floral or herbal forward palate, Etsu Pacifc Ocean leans towards the natural elements of the sea, very unique. I can see how this gin is definitely an acquired taste for an adventurous palate, but if that is you, this gin is fantastic!!!
