This 100% Chardonnay from the Banghoek region in South Africa is made in tiny quantities on a farm on the mountains of Franschhoek. On the nose lovely lemon bon-bons and meringue pie. The palate has that classic Blanc de Blancs elegance with green apple, orange blossom and lemon zest. Have this with a large palate of freshly shucked oysters.
