    I’ve given this five stars, but not because it’s a great example of a London Dry gin. It’s not trying to be. “Organic Mediterranean Gin”, it says on the bottle. And as such it’s delicious. And that’s from a London Dry drinker. As it says, it’s citrusy, and I mix it 50/50 with Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic and some ice. It’s gin-like in character - clean, bracing, delicious - it’s just that the kick is citrus- rather than juniper-led. The bottle also mentions bergamot, thyme, rosemary and bay leaf. So, it may not be a London Dry, but it’s lovely for a change, and I’ll be surprised if you don’t come back for a second bottle (which is beautifully designed).

    This gin is among my favorites. We lived about 14 miles from Dornoch for a year and this was my favorite. We had visitors from the the USA who agreed with me. We are back in the states now and wish I could walk 15 minutes to the local store and buy more.
