A 3cl sample of intensely fruity eau-de-vie from Capreolus made with apples grown just 11 miles from the distillery. The orchards at Highgrove – the private residence of The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall – are home to more than 1,000 different species of apple tree, each one with its own set of flavours and aromas. This crystal-clear spirit captures the character of perfectly ripe fruit as well as subtle hints of rosewater and almond blossom.
