A Perfect Measure sample bottle of a bold combination of traditional spirits and modern methods – By The Dutch Smoked is a rum-based spirit made with a combination of rums from Barbados, Martinique and Panama, infused with liquid smoke - made my condensing and filtering the smoke from burning wood chips. The result is aromas of treacle, smoked toffee, earthy sugar cane, dried fruit, maple syrup and smoked bacon that fill the nose, complemented by notes of dates, raisins, vanilla, cracked black pepper, smouldering camp fires, stewed plums, dark chocolate and roasted coffee beans throughout the palate.
