A smooth, silky rum with flavors that remind me of vanilla and toffee. It’s superb for sipping without any harshness, whether straight up or diluting over time on the rocks. I wasn’t familiar with Colombian rums before trying this one but I’m pleased. This will definitely be a “go to” bottle and probably won’t last long.
