A 2009-vintage Fijian rum from Plantation that was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks in a tropical climate, before being finished in France, in ex-Ferrand Cognac casks and bottled in 2022. Aromas of tropical fruit and freshly-baked pastry, banana, French toast, almond and garden herbs fill the nose, complemented by notes of orange, tropical fruit, mint, baking spices and bittersweet oak throughout the palate.
