Its not your usual golden rum, it has a distinctive honey-ish caramel taste, followed by a little vanilla and spice, and even a bit of a slight smoky hit. This rum is something different and really quite special.

An unusual Rum. I bought it as the description on here sounded interesting and whilst I love Zacapa / Brugal / Hechicera etc I thought something different would be nice. I have to confess it almost tastes like an Islay malt as it is so smokey tasting. Definitely not your run of the mill rum flavour.
