The spring 2022 release Fino de Jerez En Rama sherry from Lustau was made with Palomino grapes and matured under "flor" in American oak casks. The palate offers notes of white bread, chalk, butter and yeast that linger in the finish and pair well with steak tartar or Jamon Iberico.
