Distilled at the Bellevue distillery — the home of Damoiseau rum — in Guadeloupe, this 24-year-old single cask expression is made from locally-sourced molasses and bottled by The Whisky Jury in 2021. This rum offers rich caramel aromas, along with nuts and fresh fruits. The palate is peppered with dry notes of bananas and ripe fruits that finish off with a long, nutty whiff of espresso.
