Well i liked this a lot well done Signatory, savoury smoke and zingy lemon and some brine on the nose. The savoury notes stay on the palate along with ginger and pepper with the salt and leather always in the background. 9 yr old ( youth works with peat ), N/C, UCF and 46% whats not to like. TWE packers great work guys :-)
