A limited-edition Wire Works English single malt whisky from White Peak distillery that was made in collaboration with Derbyshire's Thornbridge brewery. Initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels for at least three years, it was then finished for several months in ex-Necessary Evil stout casks from Thornbridge, adding layers of chocolatey malt to this lightly-peated single malt. Aromas of hazelnuts, lightly-roasted coffee, roasted malt and toffee apples fill the nose, complemented by cocoa nibs, bitter marmalade, mocha and malty smoke throughout the palate.
