A uniquely-made multi-vintage Cognac from Mauxion Selection that was created by filling Cognac from three separate vintages – 1973, 1975 and 1976 – into a single barrel that was eventually bottled in 2021. The exact contents of the barrel are: 56% from 1975, 41% from 1973 and 3% from 1976. This Cognac offers aromas of polished wood, black liquorice, maple syrup, raisins, prunes, pine sap and roasted walnuts that fill the nose. The palate brings notes of chocolate fudge, black liquorice, Medjool dates, dark honey, candied cherries, vanilla and dried fruit that build and linger in the finish.
