A 2006 Orkney single malt from The Whisky Exchange that was made at a mystery distillery on Orkney and matured in a single barrel for 16 years, before being bottled in 2022. The palate offers notes of poached pears, cloves, milk chocolate, lime sweets, charred orange peel, smouldering logs and smoky leather that linger in the finish.

- Nose
  Toasted bread and poached pears lead to heather honey, chocolate lime sweets, a touch of hazelnut and smoky, flamed orange notes. Soft, distant smoke floats underneath while fruit and grainy notes balance on top. Candied apple develops along with wood smoke and hints of dark chocolate.
- Palate
  Soft sweet and leathery, with chocolate, baked apples and nutmeg all wrapped up in a leather satchel. Chamois leather notes develop, followed by wood ash, cinnamon spice and apple boiled sweets.
- Finish
  Spiced brown bread and apple jam, chocolate and smoky leather.
