A malty, fruity 12 Year Old Glen Elgin single malt. It has been matured in a refill hogshead for more than a decade, and will make a great present for the whisky-lover in your life.

Nose
Freshly sliced fruit pie: apples, pears and buttery pastry. Hints of something tropical poke around the edges: unripe pineapple and pink grapefruit. The buttery notes build to become butterscotch and toffee. Freshly clipped grass sits underneath.

Palate
The fruit from the nose is wrapped in crunchy barley sugar and dusted with white pepper. Creamy toffee hides at the back, joined by developing fruity notes: spicy baked-apple innards, gummi bears and crunchy pear drops.
