In 2014 sisters Margot and Charlotte joined the family’s estate to produce refined Champagnes using single terroir-grown grapes. This 2017 is the first cuvee from Oudiette x Filles, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in Beaunay Coteau de Petit Morin and cellar-aged for 36 months. The nose offers fresh and fruity notes of banana peel and butter, followed by crisp salinity and textured acidity on the palate with papaya, white pepper and sweet lemon on the finish.
