The Whisky of the Year is Ledaig 18 Year Old - a smoky, coastal single malt that was given layers of fruit and spice thanks to time spent in ex-sherry casks. The winning rum is Appleton Estate 15 Year Old Black River Casks, a fruity, nutty Jamaican rum that pays tribute to the lush valley it calls home. Gin of the Year goes to Stranger & Sons Gin, a vibrant gin from Goa, India, made with a blend of exotic local botanicals.
