A 2009 Ballechin peated single malt from Edradour distillery that was matured in a single oloroso sherry cask for 12 years, before being bottled in September 2022. The palate is smoky and fruity, with notes of smouldering peat, vanilla pods, dried fruit, oaky spice, baking spices and black pepper that linger in the finish.
