Made solely from Chardonnay grapes, including those from grand cru sites in the Côte des Blancs, this is a superb Champagne to pair with food. It has aromas of coconut, citrus and crème pâtissière, accompanied by creamy savoury flavours that are cut through by clean ripe citrus.

Billecart-Salmon's Blanc de Blancs has been named Cuvée Louis in honour of the brother of Elisabeth Salmon, who co-founded the Champagne house in 1818 with her husband Nicolas François.
