A Perfect Measure sample of a fruity 2007 Jamaican rum from Plantation, distilled at Clarendon distillery and initially matured in Jamaica's tropical climate before being transported to France and undergoing a secondary maturation in ex-Ferrand Cognac casks. The palate is rich and fruity, with notes of cantaloupe melons, guava, pineapple and baking spices that linger in the finish.

    Really cool product. Still taste fresh and citrusy for something that is aged this long. Got a nice complexity with a subtly baking spice bit on the finish but it's pretty forward in the flavour overall. Bloody brilliant.
