The 2022-release of Blue Spot Seven Year Old single pot still Irish whiskey has been matured in a combination of bourbon casks, sherry butts and Portuguese Madeira casks, creating aromas of pineapple, kiwi, green banana, baked apples, lively spices, hazelnuts and toasted oak that fill the nose. The palate brings notes of dried fruit, clove oil, cracked black pepper, vanilla, cinnamon and toasted nuts that linger in the finish.
