Aurelien is one of the rising stars of Champagne. He left a promising career in basketball to take over the family Domaine in 2008, learning the ropes from the hugely talented Anselme Selosse and Pascal Agrapart. The wine comes from the Grand Cru of Oiry and has notes of lemon zest, clementine and almond blossom. A wine with a beautiful minerality and poise, it will pair well with shellfish, seabass or oysters.
