Product Description

A 2000 Ardmore single malt from indie bottler Whisky Sponge that was initially matured in refill hogsheads and finished in a first-fill sherry cask for over two years, before being bottled in 2022. The rich sherry character compliments the fat, lightly peaty style of Ardmore and creates a combination of earthy, smoky sherry notes that leave hints of tar resin, oak, leather, soot and wax lingering in the finish.
