This is a joint venture between Bertrand Gautherot and Benoit Doussot, their main purpose, besides making amazing Champagne, is to help local growers convert to organics as a community. On the nose this Champagne is all about rhubarb, toast, green olive and pine resin with a hint of green orange. The palate has a lovely vibrancy to it, with a lift of green fruits and sage on the finish.
