A 2011 Benrinnes single malt from independent bottler Wilson & Morgan that was finished for two years in ex-Pedro Ximenes sherry casks, before being bottled in 2022 as part of its Barrel Selection range. Aromas of ripe cherries – both sweet black cherries and the sourer red kind – candied orange peel and buttery pastry fill the nose, complemented by notes of raisins, buttery honey, brown sugar and Maraschino cherries throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
