A 2007 Caol Ila single malt from independent bottler Wilson & Morgan that was finished in first-fil bourbon hogsheads and bottled in 2021 at 14-years-old. Aromas of sea salt, crisp peat smoke, hot tarmac, dark fruits, soft spice, bonfire embers and mint leaves fill the nose, complemented by notes of bold peat, creamy vanilla, bright citrus, delicate tea and meadow flowers throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
