A 2015 Ben Nevis single malt from Hidden Spirits that was matured in an ex-sherry cask for seven years, until it was bottled in 2022. Aromas of candied orange peel, golden straw, pine sap and barley sugar candies fill the nose, complemented by notes of lemon drizzle cake, candied orange, beeswax and toffee throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
