This Balblair, distilled in 1997, was released by Gordon & MacPhail as part of their Connoisseurs Choice range. Aged for 25 years in a refill bourbon barrel and bottled at cask strength, this fruity Highland single malt offers aromas of red apple, dried bananas and summer flowers, followed by notes of peanuts, tropical fruit, lemon peel and mature oak spice throughout the palate.
