A special bottling of seven-year-old Caol Ila, designed to complement the innovative Indian food served at Kanishka restaurant in Mayfair, London – bottled in 2019 by Speciality Drinks. Carefully selected by the owner of Kanishka – two Michelin star chef Atul Kochhar – and limited to only 130 bottles, this whisky offers an aroma of peat that intermingles with zesty orange peel and gingerbread. The rich palate seduces the taste buds with firewood smoke, cinnamon, liquorice, almond, and caramel, finishing with lingering aniseed, espresso, and custard creams.
