This 12-year-old Glen Garioch from Berry Bros & Rudd was finished for two years in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt, creating a robust single malt that has a rich character. The bold sherry influence mingles perfectly with the character of the whisky, bringing out notes of dried fruits, tea leaves and dark chocolate. The palate is thick with brambles and oak spice—brought together by a hint of wood smoke.
