A 1995 Fettercairn single malt, inspired by a popular British time-travelling sci-fi show and released by Decadent Drinks as part of the Whisky Sponge range. Aged in a refill hogshead for 27 years and bottled at natural cask strength, Doctor Sponge delivers a spicy zap while it transports you to the palate with notes of wax, banana bread and lemon drops. Try with a splash of water to bring out the more subtle nuances.
