Product Description

This bottled-in-bond rye whiskey from Frey Ranch was produced with 100% winter rye and aged for a minimum of five years. It has aromas of ryebread and caramel that fill the nose which leads to notes of butter, freshly chopped ginger and a light dusting of ground black pepper on the palate. There is a velvety texture to the spirit with some pokey spice that linger on the finish.

    Many thanks to the Whisky Exchange for adding the Frey Ranch rye to their stock. A grain to glass rye rather than another sourced Ross & Squibb 95/5 rye. A decent proof point being bottled in bond and enough age to not be young and grain forward like many craft distilleries. I would recommend as a product and will certainly repurchase to keep a bottle on the shelf.
