Historically, these regional spirits were shipped to market in oak casks which altered their colour and character and inspired the practice of ageing rum. This set is intended to offer a crash course in aged rum. It includes expressions from the Caribbean and East Africa as well as a blend containing rums sourced from different corners of the globe.
